Plan, source out, and activate recruitment strategies with potential and existing partners and applicants to achieve the program's KPI's and sales targets.
Collect, activate, and maintain the database of applicants through a systematic and efficient work structure
Facilitate the program processing successfully through efficient and effective coordination and communication with international partnerships and linkages
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all program participants and international linkages
Maintain close relationship and strengthen current partnerships by having proactive, up-to-date and efficient communication with the Marketing Department
Ensure the timely & accurate submission of reports
Revert to client inquiries and manage crisis efficiently
Provide regular information and progress reports as required to improve operational efforts
Update, monitor, and analyze database for brand building and development
Take responsibility for originating and planning program recruitment campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department
Auditing processes and systems of the program/s to adjust to the current market and environment
Provide information to and for the management by presenting short-term and long-term sales and marketing plan, market research, and special reports and analyses.
Must have the potential to grow and develop other programs as needed
With 2-4 years experience in marketing, business development, sales or operations
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Can work independently with minimum supervision
Must be willing to do fieldwork and visit clients/partners.
