Support and assist clients in the documentation and processing of requirements
Maintain up-to-date database and progress of UTP's clients through a systematic and efficient work structure
Participate and support orientations, hiring events, pre-departure orientation seminars, and other official events
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
Ensure the timely & accurate submission of reports, revert to client inquiries, and manage crisis efficiently
Oversee proper information and communication with the Accounts Team and Management with regard to UTP's clients' progress, concerns, and issues
Report quarterly and present analysis of client satisfaction with regard to the application process.
A graduate of a four-year course related to Communications, Marketing, Business, Research, or Operations Management
Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
Strong administrative skills
Exceptional customer service skills: over the phone and in person, with our clients and internal departments
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Adept at multitasking and can work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be patient by nature and like dealing and talking with people, especially students
Having a great sense of humor is a plus.
