DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages assigned branch with allocated sales target.

Manages sales personnel to generate sales results.

Conceptualizes and implements marketing activities.

Builds and promotes harmonious relationship and motivation among sales personnel.

Develops and recommends programs for development of sales personnel.

implements corporate systems, policies and procedures by continuously updating IOM and consistently

Monitoring 5S compliance.

Establishes and maintains good customer relationship.

Help build a strong company image through sound selling and marketing activities.

Recommends commission strategy together with other branch heads.

Ensures that all policies pertaining to credit and collection, pricing, inventory, accounts receivable, interoz transactions, and other related policies are strictly implemented.

Conducts regular/periodic meeting with branch personnel such as information cascading, coaching and counseling.

Gather and analyzes market developments and gathers pertinent information such as but not limited to competitor's activities, new brands and new products/parts in the market, price competitiveness of our products, potential market opportunities and market trends, relevant customer's feedback and others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in BSBA, Management, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.

must have at leat 3 - 5 years sales experience - gained from automotive industry is an advantage

computer proficient, strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communications, bargaining and negotiating skills, driving.

with at least 5 years sales supervisory or managerial experience.

willing to be assigned in Cabanatuan City.
