RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Facilitating turnover of residential and commercial units to tenants and owners

Conducting inspection of residential units during pre-move out, final move out and pre-move in phases

Carrying out inspection of commercial units during pre-move out and post- move out phases

Reviewing and approving fit-out construction drawings

Ensuring that fit-out standards are strictly implemented

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

Must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Exam)

At least 4-5 years of experience in the same capacity preferably gained from a Property Management firm or related business

Strong management skills, result-oriented and with good verbal and written communication skills

Driven to exceed expectations, willing to go an extra mile and with high sense of urgency

With knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig

Applicants with 2-3 years of experience will also be considered for Asst. Property Architect
