Responsibilities

Conduct monthly import and export transactional audit

Gather the required number of import and export transactions to be audited monthly.

Checks and releases all Trade Sphere related holds on a daily basis in accordance with regulations.

Assist in releasing Trade Sphere holds and checkpoint holds

Checks and releases all Checkpoint related holds on a daily basis in accordance with regulations.

Transaction screening/ ensures that all parties in a transaction are screened using Amber Road. Checks for Completeness of Commercial Requirements related to Checkpoint and Trade Compliance for orders in all tiers, Customer details may include payment terms, INCO terms, delivery method, email, PO,

customer PO copy, DAF, CDS, vendor quote and similar documents, etc.

Escalates all related concerns to ITC and Checkpoint Champion as necessary

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any course.

With at least 2 years of experience in transaction screening and product classification.

1-2 years of experience in Oracle and Trade Sphere is preferred

With experience in Auditing

Working knowledge in basic MS Excel (including pivot tables).

Well-developed analytical and communication skills.

Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
