Responsibilities
Handles and coordinates compensation and benefits related queries.
Handles 201 and 202 Filing and safekeeping.
Coordinates with vendors for compliance related company and government activities.
Collaborates with HR Events Specialist during implementation if compliance related activities.
Coordinates with Emerson Manila Shared Services functional group such as Recruitment, Payroll, C&B etc.
Updates and monitors all C&B, Events and Training Related trackers.
Monitors process and coordinates regularization of employees.
Monitors completion of onboarding data and functional onboarding data sheets for new hires.
Handles training bond monitoring and notarization.
Assists in regularization related events.
Updates and monitors data accuracy of regularization tracker, PAN Tracker, Change Address Tracker,
IRIS and etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or its equivalent.
Fresh Graduate
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
