BASIC FUNCTION:

This position provides technical support to various regions with primary focus on assisting end users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of computing equipment, applications and related technology.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.

• Provides telecommunications support by managing subscriptions, address billing issues, statement of account and invoice reconciliation, order tracking, and inventory management.

• Maintenance of hardcopy files and database for all service agreements, contracts, subscription and expiry dates.

• Communicates with business groups or employees concern or status of current accounts

• Care and custody of received units from suppliers and employees

• Provides on time and accurate reports as required by Business groups and Finance

• Coordinates with vendors on issues raised and to ensure on time delivery of requests

• Assist in evaluating applications, when required.

• Provides two methods of support via telephone and e-mail for help desk

• Regularly reviews current systems and processes and recommends enhancements to improve service provided

• Duties may include answering telephone calls, prepare reports, document processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.

• Any other tasks which may be requested by the department

• Support includes installation and troubleshooting of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines from its acquisition until its retirement or disposal. HR DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT

• Ensure timely and accurate safekeeping of personnel documents records

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

• Assist in the training logistics coordination and training database maintenance

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

• Provides support in the administrative requirement of all people program events

• Liaise urgent employee issues and concerns

• Maintain people program bulletin board

• Assist in HR Communication programs

OPERATIONS REPORTS

• Assist in the updating of employee database for business continuity purposes

• Documentation of customer service concerns

• Visitor's requests coordination

• Support inventory and files management

HR DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT

• Ensure timely and accurate safekeeping of personnel documents records

Requirements

• BS degree in Business, Psychology or Human Resources, Computer Science or other related courses

• 1-2 years related experience

• Good oral and written communications

• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, preferably in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint presentation.

• Must be willing to work on a Mid shift schedule

• Background in SharePoint 2010 an advantage
