Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Administration/Management, Economics or Industrial Engineering.

Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel

Good written and spoken English communication skills

Ability to assume cross-trained function in the event of low utilization

Ability to assume back up functions in the event of skills and capacity constraints

Ability to build long lasting relationships with internal & external customers, and work within a team setting.

Willing to work on shifting operations which may include weekends with scheduled days off, to support the assigned business and customers.

Must be able to effectively and independently function while maintaining a positive energy level in an environment of constantly shifting demands

Duties and Responsibilities:

To learn and understand the general competencies of an Analyst and be ready to support a GSC

Analytics program if ever there's an attrition or expansion.

Sit-In training with all Analyst programs

Learn and understand the basics of each Analyst position

Learn and understand navigation of systems, tools, and reports

Perform report/activity simulations to validate understanding deployment to business unit (AC/Ref)

Perform parallel runs for simple/critical reports

Work on assigned reports and submit to requestors on time

To work on Ad hoc reports and other project requests

Be able to meet all GSC required tasks

Attend all orientations and training required

Submission of required reports (training/activity logs)

Be able to pass the Analytics Cadetship Program and be considered for deployment to different analytics
