General Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of billing up to application of payments, AR monitoring and reconciliation
Support Tax compliance of the ROHQ - filing including verification of tax returns and related compliance
reports to BIR - expanded withholding tax, VAT and fringe benefit tax;
Support compliance of the ROHQ with SEC and Local Government Unit (LGU)- quarterly and annual
reportorial requirements, assist in securing LGU business permit and accessory permits
Maintenance of Customer's records and supporting documents in compliance to BIR requirements
Requirements:
BS Accountancy or BS Financial Accounting graduate
2 years relevant work experience
Hands-on experience in computation, filing and reconciliation of tax accounts, particularly Expanded Withholding Tax, VAT and Fringe Benefit Tax. Knowledge in general accounting, particularly bank reconciliation, SL and GL reconciliation and Accounts Receivable accounting.
Hands-on experience in dealing and coordination with BIR, SEC and Local Government Unit (LGU) regarding compliance
Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Good English communication skills- oral and written; Self-starter, flexible, team player
