JOB DESCRIPTION Will directly manage the store from all aspect of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail Operations Will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning Knows how to analyze the brands and to look for possible effcetive strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quota Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales Knows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies/Coop Maintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence Has strong Customer Servise Skills Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. Responsibilities: Coordinates regularly with the Store Manager for any changes/improvements in the store. Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization coordinated with the other store officers Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them Responsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals. Ensure delivery of store KPI's - Sales, EBIT, Customer Service and Store Visuals. Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concern that need immediate solutions. Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times Conducts PEP talks and meeting to subordinates Coordinates with other departments of the company to provide necessary reports Training Merchandising Purchasing Develop sales Requirements: Minimum of 1 year in hardware/furniture/appliance/trading/depot supervision is preferred Operates with initiative, commitment, strong work ethic & sense of urgency Exceptional customer service skill Strong inventory integrity and control Motivator High energy High-level computer skills Detail-oriented High level of inventory awareness and maintenance Results driven Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
