Sale of construction materials, both imported and locally made

Sale of imported construction Equipment

Sale of other imported trading goods /vehicles

Construction and operation of power plants and its ancillary businesses

Our mission is to create affordable housing using state of the art technology and materials available in the global market. In turn we envision to engage in new businesses to help create a “modern" future for the regular Filipino professional and their families.

It's President, Mr. Carlos P. Ty, has over of 40 years of experience in a vast field of businesses, including but not limited to; manufacturing (Union-Hitachi appliances,

Pepsi glass plant, Royal Porcelain, Manila Paper Mills), real estate development (housing, industrial), and trading (appliances, general).

The Company's General Manager, Karl Ty, has over 15 years of experience in a vast field of business including but not limited to; trading, real estate development,

food and beverage, entertainment marketing (shows, concerts), events production (shows, concerts, private), nightlife business management (Nightclub, bars). He is an equity partner and continues to be an events marketing consultant in the most successful nightclub establishment in the Philippines to date (The Palace at the Fort) among others.

The Corporate Secretary, Francis Ty is an Ateneo De Manila University BS Economics graduate and has over 15 years of experience in asset management. His forte lies in assuming an internal role in previous companies due to his special attention to record keeping and safe guarding documents.
